Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Are these photos legal to sell?

A. Yes. I am a Part 107-certified remote pilot and abide by all regulations. Even though some of these photos were captured before I got my professional license, it is still legal to sell them as long as my certification is current.

Q. Who fulfills printing orders?

A. Currently, mPix and locally-owned Prolab Express are the two print services I use for manual fulfillment. Both use the highest quality materials available and have, in my opinion, the most qualified lab technicians.

Q. Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A. Only on items that have a flaw or arrive damaged.

Q. Why don't you offer a full range of sizes for your photos?

A. When I started taking aerial photos, the technology behind the line of drones I use (DJI) was incredibly limited. Some of the images I've captured with older models can only be edited so much and won't look good if they're enlarged beyond certain dimensions. Others only look decent with a specific composition. If you have a frame and want a certain image sized for it, please use the Contact form and I'll see what I can do.

Q. Are you selling anyone else's photos?

A. For the time being, I am focusing on selling my own work. I hope to add catalogs from some of my other favorite artists in the near future.
